Mr. Weiler has successfully represented clients in matters involving serious damages with significant potential trial awards. As a result of his diverse legal experience, Mr. Weiler has gained unique insights into both the Plaintiff and Defense sides of litigation. Mr. Weiler utilizes this unique perspective to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Mr. Weiler was responsible for managing their litigation portfolio, managing commercial transactions, conducting internal investigations, advising on credit and collection matters, advising on a wide array of compliance matters, and addressing numerous other business matters that would arise.
